Harangody out indefinitely for Notre Dame.

Harangody, the Big East player of the year last season, became ill after scoring 29 points and grabbing 13 rebounds in No. 8 Notre Dame’s 81-80 victory over No. 6 Texas on Tuesday in the semifinals of the Maui Invitational.
Despite feeling ill, he had 13 points and seven rebounds in a 102-87 loss to top-ranked North Carolina in the championship game on Wednesday.
Harangody, a junior who has never missed a game at Notre Dame, leads the Irish in both scoring with 22.6 points a game and 11.2 rebounds a game.
Notre Dame coach Mike Brey said he is going to be cautious with Harangody. The Irish play Furman on Sunday.

Knutson leads Portland to win over Nevada.
Kramer Knutson scored 15 points as Portland survived a bad night at the foul line to beat Nevada 63-61 Saturday night.
Knutson hit six of seven shots from the field before fouling out late in the contest. But Portland (4-1) was only 10 of 22 at the foul line.
But the Pilots hit seven of 15 3-point attempts.
Nevadas Luke Babbitt led all scorers with 17 points and also had a team-high eight rebounds.
Portland had its largest lead when Nik Raivio hit a 3-pointer to put the Pilots in front 58-48 with 8:29 left.
The Wolf Pack (2-3) cut the deficit to 63-61 when Babbitt hit one of two foul shots with 40 seconds remaining.
